Nicholas Drake, also known as Nick, is a dedicated professional in the fields of Behavioral Health and School-Based Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Nicholas is known for his compassionate and empathetic approach to practice. His personal motto, “Everyone is trying their best,” reflects this approach to patients.

Driven by a strong sense of integrity, Nicholas is guided by the belief that “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” a quote from Nelson Mandela. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and camping, and he is committed to daily habits such as reading for at least thirty minutes and drinking hot tea.
