About Michael Shrouf
Michael joined PCHS in 2023. He graduated from Simmons University with a Master of Science and from Western Governor University with a Master of Science in Nursing. His patients appreciate his good listening skills and his openness to share decision making about meeting health goals. He is driven by his honesty, integrity, and compassion; and is often described as witty, reliable, and humorous. Michael is also passionate about health care quality, women’s rights, and mental health services, emphasized by his favorite quote “Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change”.
Whenever he is not working, Michael enjoys playing games, doing escape rooms, and solving puzzles. He regularly reads publications of the New England Journal of Medicine, and when spending time with friends will often go to dinner parties.
