Karen Richard joined PCHS in 2011 and holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida. Known for her relaxed and approachable style, Karen is driven by her kindness, creativity, and empathy. Compassion is at the core of her practice, guiding her interactions and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Outside of her professional life, Karen has a passion for gardening. She is also an advocate for homelessness awareness and support. In her free time, she enjoys completing word puzzles, engaging her mind in a fun and challenging way.
