About Jon Froyd

Jon Froyd us a dedicated physician with a strong educational background, including degrees from Grinnell College, AT Still University of Osteopathic Medicine, and UCSF Family Medicine Residency. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and a licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who practices a holistic approach to medicine, focusing on a whole-person approach looking beyond the symptoms to understand how a patient’s lifestyle and outside factors affect their well-being. He is known for his commitment to honesty and equity in patient care.

Outside of his professional life, Jon enjoys sailing, playing drums, and reading. He admires his mother for her strength and would love to be surfing in Costa Rica if given the chance. A fan of the motto "It's never too early to panic," Jon's childhood dream was to become a news reporter.
