About Daniel "DJ" Michaels

Daniel “DJ” Michaels, with over 18 years of healthcare administration experience, excels in leadership. He has experience as an Executive Director for Senior Living, leading operations, enhancing community engagement and staff productivity. He has also previously served as a regional supervisor for a DME provider for over 10 years, ensuring seamless access to essential medical resources for patients including navigating insurances and logistics for receiving equipment.

In the past DJ has also played a crucial role in the hospital setting - piloting a Safe Patient Handling Specialist program, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. DJ now serves as the Housing Coordinator at PCHS, implementing and managing housing programs, with a passion for helping the community. Always looking to grow, DJ currently sits on the board of directors with a PCHS community partner, is a SHIBA certified Navigator, holds an Associate in Arts and an Associate in Business, and is currently pursuing his Public Health Degree. Outside work, he enjoys activities with his family, including traveling, fostering a balanced lifestyle.
