Albert Carbo, PharmD

About Albert Carbo

Albert joined PCHS in 2016, drawn to PCHS’ collaborative and community-based care after working at a large academic medical center. In addition to helping individuals better understand their medication options, Albert has worked to expand access to substance use treatment and other harm-reduction strategies across primary-care and other community partnerships.

Albert continues to be passionate about patient advocacy, teaching, and developing innovative care services – and is fully-committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care. He is grateful to be a part of both an exceptional PCHS team and the diverse communities we collectively serve.

Albert enjoys trail running, backpacking, dad-jokes, cookies, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family.
