Each mobile clinic is staffed by certified professionals with the latest in medical and dental equipment.

Our program has a wide range of community partners including libraries, schools, churches, foodbanks, transportation agencies and various housing centers. We collaborate with EMS and hospital systems serving patients needing more individualized care. We have operated community-wide testing and vaccination efforts and have cared for smaller groups with unique needs. We provide collaborative care and logistical coordination for those who struggle with the complexities of traditional healthcare.
If your organization has a barrier, we might be able to help with, please email marketing@pchsweb.orgbut DO NOT include patient-specific info.
