Welcome to Clifton Medical Clinic! The Clifton Clinic provides exceptional primary care services to patients - Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Conveniently located on the campus of the Kitsap Juvenile Detention Center, with a separate public entrance only accessible via a stairwell, our staffing allows for scheduled and drop-in appointments, especially those focused on re-entry services. At Clifton Medical Clinic, our dedicated team of healthcare professionals offers a wide range of services within primary care. From routine physicals to chronic care management, we are here to support your overall health and wellness journey in our two exam rooms. Our integrated behavioral health services, led by licensed mental health providers and substance use disorder professionals, ensure that your mental and emotional well-being receives the attention it deserves. We understand the importance of convenient access to healthcare, and our clinic is designed to provide prompt and compassionate care to every patient we serve during what can often be a highly complex transitional period of time.
