PCHS will start administering Flu shots to patients on Thursday, September 12th (available for ALL patients, ages 6mo+). High Dose flu is available for patients over 65 years old. Patients can schedule appointments or walk-in for vaccine.
All PCHS sites including extended hours will be closed for Staff Training on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024. We will have a provider on call for medical needs. In case of an emergency, please call 911. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk or pharmacy staff.

Peninsula Community Health Services provides behavioral health services
as an integrated part of our primary care program. We have onsite behavioral
health staff at our
Belfair,
Key Peninsula,

Clare Avenue medical clinics, and have the ability through telehealth and referrals
to meet the needs of patients who call all of our sites their medical
homes. In addition, we have a
mobile behavioral health clinic that travels to scheduled locations throughout Kitsap County to meet the
needs of our patients.

Care coordination with your primary care provider, to collaborate and develop
treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and flexibly provide care to
meet patients’ changing needs
Depression counseling
Anxiety counseling
Substance use disorder treatment
Medication Assisted Treatment for Addiction
Behavioral health medication consultations with our psychiatric providers
School based health interventions available at our school based health clinics.
